- We deliver only to Slovenia and Croatia.
- We dispatch products in stock on the same or the next working day. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
- When we hand the parcel to Pošta Slovenije, you receive an email with a tracking number.
- For products not in stock, the delivery time is shown on the product page. If the delivery time changes, we will tell you and offer you another product or free cancellation.
- If several customers order the last item at the same time, the order received first takes priority.
- Collection in store: BAM Guitar Center, Trnoveljska cesta 2F, 3000 Celje, Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00.
Check the parcel when you receive it. If it is damaged, note this with the courier and email us at info@bam-music.com.
Payment
- Card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay: payment is processed by PayPal, immediately when you order.
- Cash on delivery: in cash when you receive the parcel from Pošta Slovenije or collect it in store.
- Pro forma invoice (bank transfer): IBAN SI56 0223 4001 1205 876, NLB d.d., SWIFT LJBASI2X, payee LM TRADE d.o.o. Use your order number as the payment reference. We reserve the goods for 3 working days and send them when we receive your payment.
- Leanpay: payment in instalments for orders from EUR 50 to EUR 12,000, for customers with permanent residence in Slovenia. Approval and terms are decided by Leanpay.
All prices include VAT.
Returns
You can return goods within 14 days without giving a reason. The procedure and the form are on the Right of withdrawal page. For faulty goods, see the Terms and conditions.
