Terms and conditions online store BAM GUITAR CENTER (which is a registered trademark owned by LM Trade doo), hereinafter referred to as the seller, are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and international codes for e-commerce. General conditions or parts thereof may not be copied or reproduced for commercial purposes!


Method of payment
Payment on delivery.


Validity of prices
These prices are valid only when ordering over the Internet, so some products may have different prices at the online store and other shops BAM GUITAR CENTER. The purchase price is valid at the time of order confirmation. All prices include VAT. If the product is out of stock, there may be a change in the price of which the buyer is informed. Images can be only symbolic and do not always reflect the real situation.


Discounts
On all goods purchased via the website, we recognize 5% discount. The exception are goods that already have a discount, or a reduced price with a discount greater than 5%. Discount for BAM CARD owners won't be recognized twice! When purchasing through the website they have the same discount status as the customers without the card. The difference is in section 2 of the following article, which describes the aggregation benefits of purchases. These benefits relate only to owners of BAM CARD. BAM CARD can be obtained by visiting one of the establishments of BAM GUITAR CENTER and a one-time purchase of 200 € or more. After that, unlimited card can be used in the web, as well as in the physical store BAM GUITAR CENTER. The seller may withdraw from the use of business card, but only after one-year period and after the payment amounts and benefits promised were completed. These are described in the following article.


BAM CARD benefits
1. With every purchase at the online store or our BAM GUITAR CENTER store will you receive a 5% discount regardless of the type and amount of payment!

2. All of your purchases will be added together and when you reach a certain total value of purchases, we will send you a gift voucher, which you can use on your next purchase - first the next day. (Voucher can not be exchanged for cash).

For total purchases value of 2500 EUR you recive a voucher in value of 50 EUR
For total purchases value of 5000 EUR you recive a voucher in value of 150 EUR
For total purchases value of 7500 EUR you recive a voucher in value of 300 EUR


Aggregation of purchases is limited to one year from the issue of the card, then begins a new period of usage. The values are not transmitted. A gift voucher is usable for three months from issue.


Return policy
Goods purchased through the online store can be, In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, returned without a reason. It is sufficient to notify us of withdrawal by e-mail address info@lmtrade.com This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 15 days. The goods can be returned in 30 days.
Goods must be returned undamaged and in the same quantity. Money-back guarantee does not apply to software, audio and video media, if the consumer has opened the safety seal.

Necessary is a copy of the invoice and fully completed form for return of goods, which the buyer receives with the delivery. The possible costs of returning the goods must be covered by the purchaser.
The buyer may demand the repayment of the purchase price, which will be transfered to his bank account within 15 days. We also allow product replacement.


Items being returned must be unused and in original condition! Regardless the repayment period, the product should not be used!


Warranty
Warranty is valid for one year. It does not apply to products that are considered as consumables and spare parts.
Products are warranted, if so indicated on the warranty card. This warranty is valid by following the instructions on the warranty card, and upon presentation of invoice. Warranty Periods are listed in the warranty or invoice sheets.

If there is no warranty information, the product does not have a guarantee or indication. In that case, you can contact the customer service that will provide updated information.


Delivery The provider must deliver the goods or services in the promised time. For all shipments, regardless of weight and size, postage is charged by the valid pricelist of the Slovenian Post, when the goods are recived by the customer. Ordered goods remain property of the store until the full purchase price is covered by the buyer.


Security
The provider uses the appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data, orders and payments.


Privacy rights
Provider is obliged to permanently protect all personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection Act and the insurance industry. All information obtained through the website BAM GUITAR CENTER will be used exclusively for sending information material, proposals, invoices and other necessary communications. Advertising e-mails will be clearly and unambiguously labeled as advertisements. Sender will be clearly evident. Advertising messages will be canceled on the users behalf, if he wishes not to receive them.


Seller's liability
Seller shall use its best efforts to provide opportunities, promptness and accuracy of the information published on its pages. Nevertheless, properties of products, their availability and price may change so rapidly that the provider fails to correct the information on the Internet. In this case, the buyer will be informed of changes and allowed to cancel the contract or replace the products ordered. We take no responsibility for possible printing mistakes.

In some cases it can happen that we won't be able to send you the ordered product, because it is sold. In this case we ask for your understanding. We believe that in our offer you will find a similar product, which will also satisfy your needs.


Cost recovery
Apart from the costs charged for late payments and other costs. These include additional costs incurred by the company due to unpaid invoice and therefor recovery.
